Idea:
We are not human beings with occasional spiritual experiences, but to the contrary we are spiritual beings with human experiences.

The Philosophy of Life
1. Everybody has his own, unique way to happiness. Each of us were born in certain conditions with an individual genetic endowment which was given to us. We can freely do what we want with it.
2. In the long run everybody is responsible for everything that happens to him in life (we are not considering momentary circumstances of some accident, etc.)
3. A great strength and power lies in the present moment, because every thought creates our future.
4. In regard to the power of the moment, one needs to think positively and get rid of harmful, unhealthy mental habits. One needs to unlearn these things. Among unhealthy habits belong: abhorrence (disgust), fear (flight), guilt (self-torment), criticism (annoying self or others), self-hate, underestimating oneself and so on.
5. Unhealthy mental habits are only thoughts and set ways of thinking which can definitely be changed. If one doesn´t succeed, a disorder may develop.
6. Every human being should like himself. It is not selfishness, but a natural way/mode of existence. Only he who truly likes himself can love others.
7. If we truly like ourselves, we are lucky and everything goes well for us in life. Love (of self and others) and knowledge are the most important.
8. In order to mature and attain love, we have to forget the past and forgive both ourselves and the others.
9. Above all, we always have to be ready to change. We can start by accepting ourselves as we are, with all strengths and weaknesses. We can learn the rest.
10. Through negative mental habits, we create the majority of our illnesses, both physical and mental.
11. No one can make us do anything; we choose our own fate. We are ourselves, nothing more, nothing less.
12. It is not important to be right but to love one another.
